Our estimates include details of other parameters, such as removal of debris, protection of existing outdoor fixtures and landscaping, flashing details, possible roof decking replacement costs and financing options. It will be accompanied by product samples and color choices.

1. The proposal will list your product options, including warranty and performance. We will explain the options and differences in product warranties. The proposal may also offer upgrades or options for any part of the project.

2. You will receive a written warranty for workmanship.

3. How we plan to handle cleanup around the perimeter of your property.

4. The proposal will give the price as a firm number and spell out any payment options.

What to expect before, during, and after project

• To accept 821-ROOF’s proposal you may call, email, or fax confirmation of roof project.

• Once confirmation is received, color and options will be selected. In addition to samples, 821-ROOF’scan provide the location of homes or other structures completed of like color, brand and style, to assist you in this process.

• Your 821-ROOF representative will contact you to schedule roof project and discuss delivery and placement of roofing materials and disposal container.

• We suggest to park vehicles outside the driveway or entrance until roof project is complete and container is removed.

• Valuables in the attic and under skylights may need to be protected with plastic liner before start of project. If you need assistance, please let us know.

• We will arrive to begin project according to schedule, and the Crew supervisor will introduce himself to you, if you are available.

• When project is complete 821-ROOF will request the container to be removed. Container usually will be removed within 1-3 days.

• 821-ROOF will send your invoice to the address on the contract unless otherwise specified.

• When you receive your invoice, please mail payment and the survey card in the self addressed envelope provided.

• Once full payment is received, 821-ROOF workmanship and manufacture warranties will be mailed to your billing address.
